Please read this agreement before installing or using Wide Blue Sound software. By installing or using the software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.
The software is licensed, not sold. Wide Blue Sound LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on computers you own or control, subject to the license and authentication terms of your purchase. You may use the software for personal and commercial work.
Wide Blue Sound and its licensors retain ownership of the software, its design, code, documentation, presets, and included content. This agreement gives you permission to use the software but does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or make the software available to others. You may not bypass its licensing or authentication systems. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the software, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You own the original music, audio, and other work you create using the software. You may use included presets, sounds, or other content in your original productions, including commercial productions. You may not redistribute or sell included content by itself, or repackage it as a competing library, preset pack, or product.
Wide Blue Sound may collect app data to authenticate licenses, understand how features are used, and provide customer support.
Updates may be provided at Wide Blue Sound’s discretion and are governed by this agreement unless separate terms are provided. Third-party or open-source components remain subject to their own license terms.
This license ends automatically if you materially violate these terms. If it ends, you must stop using the software and delete your copies.
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Wide Blue Sound is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Wide Blue Sound’s total liability relating to the software will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in this agreement limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. This agreement is the complete agreement between you and Wide Blue Sound regarding the software, unless separate written terms apply.
